Finance Manager

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join the Victoria College Finance Team. Responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day planning and management of the school budget.
  • Advising and supporting the Bursar for efficient fund utilisation aligning with the new strategic plan.
  • Monitoring expenditure and reporting variances against budget.
  • Managing and auditing financial processes for compliance and cost efficiency purposes.
  • Providing financial advice to stakeholders and preparing reports.

Teacher of Design Technology

Victoria College are seeking a Teacher of Design Technology to join our accomplished team. DT is a popular subject at all levels and many students go on to take Design Technology at degree level.

The successful candidate will be expected to teach across KS3-5 and contribute to the wider life of the school. VCJ is committed to ongoing staff development, wellbeing, inclusivity and kindness and our strategic plan puts this all at its heart.

Teacher of Chemistry

Required September 2024, a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and aspirational graduate teacher of Chemistry to work within a supportive team in this crucial curriculum area.

The Chemistry Department has an excellent track record over the years of mentoring both graduate trainees and newly qualified teachers specialising in Chemistry. The position should therefore appeal to experienced chemists, but also to early career teachers, looking to develop their skills in Chemistry across Key Stages 3 to 5. The successful candidate may be required to teach another Science discipline at Key Stage 3.
